Individual Tutoring
Based on the pre-assessment, the tutee will work one-on-one with the tutor for 55 minutes on skills they need to become proficient in to close their learning gap.
Each tutorial session will only focus on one core subject. If the tutee needs tutoring in multiple core subjects, then the person who is financially responsible for the tutee will need to schedule multiple sessions. The tutor will design the curriculum and assignments based on the tutee’s individual needs.
The tutee or financially responsible party can schedule an individual 55 minute session or an individual 110 consecutive minute session per day.

For those who need assistance with their writing or with reviewing mathematical calculations, then they must submit their work and payment to Tutors Proof a minimum of 48 hours before their scheduled individualized tutorial session.
During their individualized session, the tutor will review assume the role of facilitator and provide suggestions for changes to where the tutee lost direction in their work. The tutor WILL NOT do the work for the tutee. Each tutee must submit their original work to the tutor.
The tutee or financially responsible party must schedule an individual 55 minute session or an individual 110 consecutive minute session to discuss the review that was completed by the tutor.
Test Preparation
Tutors will not only provide the tutee with assistance concerning the test’s objectives, but will also teach the tutee test taking strategies that will assist them in passing the test. The tutor will expose the tutee to material commonly found on the particular test they are studying for at that time.
After learning content material and test-taking strategies, the tutor and tutee will determine when would be an appropriate time for the tutee to take a supervised mock test. At this time, the tutee or financially responsible party will need to schedule and pay for a 110 minute consecutive individual tutorial session.
Group Tutorial
Group Style #1
Each group will comprise of no more than 5 students. The session will focus on one objective for a particular core subject. The tutees will work with the tutor and each other during the 55 minute session to advance their knowledge towards proficiency or mastery. Each group will consist of tutees who are close in age range.
Group Style #2
Each group will comprise of no more than 5 students. The session will focus on an enrichment activity such as a STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art, and math), physical, and/or mindful activity. The tutees will work with the tutor and each other during the 55 minute session to accomplish the task selected by the tutor. Each group will consist of tutees who are close in age range.
