About Us
Tutors Proof was established as a means of providing additional educational support especially during these pandemic times. Stephanie T. Lynum, a certified teacher, has taught students ranging from 3 years old to high school seniors with a subject specialty in English. She holds a bachelors degree in Communications, a master’s degree in Elementary Education and Language Arts, and she holds a second master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. Additionally, she holds a Texas certification in the following areas: Principal EC – 12, English Language Arts 7 – 12, and English as a Second Language Supplemental 7 – 12.
For years, she watched students struggle with their core subjects, but they may not have the means for receiving individualized tutoring. The one positive aspect about the pandemic is that it has provided so many individuals an opportunity to receive services that they may not have had access to in the past. Â
Her desire is to provide tutorial services to those who need more flexibility because their schedules may not allow them to stay after school and/or class to receive tutoring. Additionally, Tutors Proof will offer small group setting tutorial/enrichment sessions at a reduced rate from the individual sessions. This allows students to interact with others and not only benefit from their tutor’s knowledge but also their peers’ knowledge.   Â
