The financial party must cancel the session 24 hours or more before the session is to take place. If the financial party does not cancel the session according to the steps below, then he/she will be responsible for paying $45.00 as the late cancellation fee. If the tutee is 16 minutes or more late for the session, the financial party must pay the $45.00 cancellation fee as well.
